Personal data according to the Federal Data Protection Act is detailed information about a specific or determinable person’s private or factual relations. This includes name, address, birthday, profession, bank details and IP-address. According to the DSGVO, the BDSG-new and other data protection regulations this data is subject to special protection, which we ensure through technological and organisational measurements.
Data collection and handling when visiting our site
When requesting our website or links displayed there certain browser data is automatically transferred to a web server.

The web server automatically creates log data so we can statistically analyse how visitors interact with our website. This log data is only know to the webmaster and will never be linked to other data.
The data protocolled includes the name of the selected website, data, date and time of selection, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited website), IP address and the requesting provider.
We use the protocol data without connecting it to the user or any profiling solely for statistical analysis for the company, security and optimisation of our offer. But we reserve the right to check the protocol data if we have concrete suspicion of illegal use.

Cookies are short text files, in which information from our or third party web servers can be transferred to your browser and stored on your PC. 7.1. GOOGLE ANALYTICS
Based on our justified interest (i.e. interest in analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our online offer according to – DSGVO) we use Google Analytics, an online service of Google LLC (“Google”). Google uses Cookies. The information regarding users’ online activity generated by the Cookies are usually transferred to and saved on a Google server in the USA.
Google is certified under the Privacy-Shield Agreement and therefore guarantees to abide by European data protection right (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI[&]status=Active). Google will use this information on our behalf to analyse the visitor’ usage of our online offer, to generate reports regarding activity within our offer and to provide other services tied to the usage of our online offer and the internet. In this process pseudonymous user profiles can be created.
We use Google Analytics solely with active IP pseudonymisation. This means, IP addresses are being shortened by Google within member states of the EU or other contractual partner states of the treaty of the European market. The IP addresses are only in exceptional cases sent to the USA and shortened there. IP addresses provided by the browser are not connected to other data stored by Google. Users can prevent Cookie storage via certain browser settings; furthermore, users can prevent the collection of data generated by the Cookies regarding their usage of the online offer as well as the handling of said data by Google, by downloading and installing the following browser plug-in:

Users’ personal data will be deleted or anonymised after 6 months.
