After only 18 months of construction, the new production building at NOWOFOL in Siegsdorf has been completed. "The worldwide Covid-19 pandemic has presented us with major challenges," says Robert Pernath, Managing Director, "which makes us all the more pleased that we have been able to successfully complete this major construction site on budget and on schedule." The hall complex planned as the 1st construction phase has dimensions of 70 m by 70 m and thus extends the production and storage area by approx. 4500 m².
A film cutting line has already been put into operation. So has a state-of-the-art production line for fluoropolymer films. "With this production line, we will set a new standard in the company," says Pernath. "We produce with state-of-the-art technology and meet the highest requirements in terms of hygiene and safety."
